Service Policy Thank you for choosing Blast Bros Exterior Cleaning. We’re committed to delivering high-quality results with safety, care, and integrity. Please review our service policy below: 1. Scope of Work All work will be performed as outlined in the service estimate. Services may include pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and related exterior maintenance. Any changes or additions must be agreed upon in writing before work begins. 2. Property Access & Preparation Customers agree to provide access to all areas being serviced, including exterior water sources and electrical outlets if needed. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed tightly, and that pets and children are kept indoors during service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured property. 3. Safety & Limitations We use industry-approved methods to safely clean surfaces. Some surfaces may not be suitable for high-pressure washing. If our technicians believe any area may be damaged by standard procedures, they may recommend an alternative approach or skip the area to prevent harm. 4. Environmental Responsibility We use environmentally safe cleaners whenever possible and follow all local regulations regarding runoff and chemical use. We ask that clients notify us of any sensitive landscaping or drainage concerns in advance. 5. Weather Conditions For safety and quality, services may be rescheduled in the event of rain, storms, or extreme weather. We will contact you as early as possible if rescheduling is necessary. 6. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept cash, card, or electronic payments. A late fee may apply to overdue balances. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll do our best to make it right with a touch-up or explanation of any limitations. 8. Liability While we take great care with your property, Blast Bros is not liable for existing structural issues, worn surfaces, oxidation, or damage caused by improper construction, neglect, or failure to disclose special conditions.
